It is professionally accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV), the European Council of Real Estate Professions (CEPI), and the European Group of Valuers (TEGOVA), providing a clear pathway to becoming a Chartered Surveyor and enhancing global recognition. The course offers an optional one-year sandwich placement.
