This interdisciplinary program provides a comprehensive understanding of global health issues, examining the complex social, economic, political, environmental, and biological factors that influence health outcomes across populations worldwide. Students will explore topics such as epidemiology, health disparities, global health policy, infectious diseases, chronic diseases, and social determinants of health. The program emphasizes the development of critical thinking, analytical skills, intercultural competence, and prepares students for a variety of careers in health services, teaching, research, and potentially further specialized training.
