This program offers a comprehensive exploration of the cultures, histories, societies, and literatures of the Spanish-speaking world, with the opportunity to specialize in Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese, or Latin American Studies. Students will develop advanced language skills in their chosen specialization, alongside in-depth knowledge of the diverse regions and communities that make up the Hispanic and Lusophone worlds. The program emphasizes the development of critical thinking, analytical skills, intercultural competence, and a deep understanding of the historical and contemporary issues facing these societies, preparing students for careers in various sectors that require strong communication, cultural awareness, and language skills.
