This program provides advanced training in the principles and practices of higher and postsecondary education, preparing students for leadership and administrative roles in colleges and universities. Students will learn about higher education administration, student affairs, academic advising, curriculum development, assessment, and policy. The program emphasizes the development of leadership skills, analytical skills, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, preparing students for careers in various sectors of postsecondary education.
