This Bachelor of Science program in Natural Sciences with International Study offers the same flexible and interdisciplinary approach as the standard Natural Sciences BSc (Hons), allowing students to combine two or three science disciplines. However, this four-year program includes a year spent studying at one of the University of Nottingham's partner institutions overseas. This provides students with a unique opportunity to experience a different academic and cultural environment, broaden their global perspective, and enhance their intercultural skills alongside their scientific knowledge.

Career options for graduates of this program are enhanced by their international experience, making them attractive to employers who value global awareness and adaptability. Potential paths include research and development in international collaborations, roles in multinational companies with a scientific focus, international organizations, scientific diplomacy, and careers that bridge scientific expertise with intercultural communication. The year abroad also strengthens language skills and provides a unique perspective for careers in a globalized world.
